wir haben für THI-Kinder insgesamt 15 Kita-Kontingentplätze, von denen dieses Jahr ca. 5-6 frei werden und für Neuanmeldungen zur Verfügung stehen. Die Anmeldung für einen Kita-Platz in Ingolstadt erfolgt IMMER zentral über den KitaFinder, auch für die Kontingentplätze der THI.
Hier kann man sich vom 6. bis 21. Februar 2024 für das Kindergartenjahr ab dem 01.09.2024 anmelden. Alle Anmeldungen, die vor diesem Datum eingehen werden vom System gelöscht und verlieren ihre Gültigkeit. Zusätzlich zur Anmeldung im Kita-Finder laden Sie sich bitte bereits jetzt das Formular zur Bewerbung um einen Kontingentplatz im Anhang herunter und senden es an gleichstellungsbeauftragte@thi.de. Damit nehme ich Sie intern auf unsere Liste der Interessierten auf und informiere die Einrichtungen der Bürgerhilfe über Ihre Bewerbung.
Die THI hat vorwiegend Kontingentplätze in folgenden zwei Einrichtungen der Bürgerhilfe:
- Kinderhaus
- Kinderwelt
Diese beiden Einrichtungen müssen Sie im Kita-Finder als Wunsch-Kitas angeben, um auf der Liste zu erscheinen. Die Leitungen der Kitas werden diese mit unserer Voranmeldungsliste abgleichen.
Zusätzlich sollten Sie unbedingt auch weitere Wunsch-Kitas angeben, die in der Nähe Ihres Wohnorts bzw. günstig für Sie liegen. Bitte geben Sie die maximale Anzahl an Wunsch-Kitas an, um Ihre Chancen auf einen Betreuungsplatz zu erhöhen. Wer wenige Einrichtungen ankreuzt, verringert die Wahrscheinlichkeit auf einen Platz deutlich.
Die beiden Kontingent-Einrichtungen brauchen dabei nicht als Priorität 1 und 2 angegeben zu werden, da die Bürgerhilfe die Kinder nach der Alters- und Geschlechtsstruktur der Gruppen auswählt und nicht nach Priorisierungsangabe im Kita-Finder.
Darüber hinaus sucht die Kinderwelt der Bürgerhilfe zum 1. März 2024 noch ein Krippenkind, idealerweise Ende 2021 bis Juli 2022 geboren. Bei Interesse schreiben Sie bitte eine E-Mail an: gleichstellungsbeauftragte@thi.de
Als Überbrückung der Wartezeit auf einen regulären Kita-Platz ab September 2024 können Sie sich beim Amt für Kinderbetreuung der Stadt Ingolstadt melden und fragen, ob es Einrichtungen gibt, in denen Plätze während des Jahres frei geworden sind.

Dear students,
We have a total of 15 daycare centre places for THI children, of which approx. 5-6 will be free this year and available for new registrations. Registration for a daycare centre place in Ingolstadt is ALWAYS done centrally via the KitaFinder, also for the THI contingent places.
You can register here from 6 to 21 February 2024 for the kindergarten year from 01.09.2024. All registrations received before this date will be deleted from the system and lose their validity. Further information on this and the open day can be found at Enrolment period and open day

In addition to registering in the Kita-Finder, please download the application form for a contingent place in the attachment and send it to gleichstellungsbeauftragte@thi.de. I will then add you to our internal list of interested parties and inform the Bürgerhilfe facilities about your application.
THI mainly has contingent places in the following two facilities of Bürgerhilfe:
- Kinderhaus
- Kinderwelt
You must enter these two facilities in the Kita-Finder as desired daycare centres in order to appear on the list. The management of the daycare centres will compare these with our pre-registration list.
In addition, you should also indicate other preferred daycare centres that are close to your home or convenient for you. Please indicate the maximum number of desired daycare centres to increase your chances of obtaining a childcare place. If you tick fewer facilities, your chances of getting a place are significantly reduced.
The two contingent facilities do not need to be indicated as priority 1 and 2, as Bürgerhilfe selects the children according to the age and gender structure of the groups and not according to the prioritisation information in the Kita-Finder.

To bridge the waiting time for a regular daycare place from September 2024, you can contact the Ingolstadt City Childcare Office and ask whether there are any facilities where places have become available during the year.
